Health promotion The nurses carry out well-woman and well-man checks, including giving advice about smoking, alcohol, exercise and diet.
Travel advice The nurses run a travel advice clinic. If you would like travel advice please download a travel information pack here KMP-Travel-Info.pdf or ask for a from at reception. The travel risk assessment form should be returned to us in time for an initial assessment appointment. Fees are payable for non-NHS vaccinations. Full details of the service and relevant charges are listed in the information pack. Please note - the process can take up to 12 weeks, so please ensure you allow sufficient time.
We recommend the "Fit for Travel" website, which will answer any queries you may have regarding vaccinations required for your particular destination. www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk/home.aspx
Minor surgery Dr Smith carries out minor surgery and joint injections.
